Well, I guess it is not over yet for the CE5 BDC for me. I was poking around and found that Aspire makes a 1.6 ohm coil for them. That should provide a larger hit and may also improve the taste in the long run. I am very impressed with the unit, especially since they offer three different size coils and the 510 drip tip. I like it enough to where I have been loyally using it for my e-ciggs. I just ordered a pack of 1.6 ohm coils and as soon as they arrive I will make sure my CE5 is clean and spotless and then give the new coil a try with some top notch QWISO.

Aspire has proven to be worthy to me. Their larger unit may be a winner. It is available with 1.6 and 1.8 ohm coils. I have a feeling these may be larger and offer better taste. You can't judge by the resistance or ohms alone, thickness and length of the wire and the type of metal wire used. Each element has an effect on the taste, the size of coil, and the power required. The new model is kind of expensive, but I may just have to get one to try when I can get the extra cash. The Aspire Nautilus.

I have been holding out for KangerTech's new version of the AeroTank. It is supposed to have a new coil design and hopefully less glass on the tank.

Well, tired of waiting so I want to try the 1.5 ohm coil for the AeroTank. just ordered some. That may make a big difference in regards to the 30 amp battery. It could be functioning correctly, I just am hesitant to try it on any of my current devices since the coils have been getting fried so quickly and I don't have many spares. As soon as I get the new coils I will try it out with the AeroTank on the magneto. Maybe that will solve all of the problems I had with the battery. It will also help verify some things with the battery, assuming it is still good.

Of course I will have to report back on how it compares to the 2 ohm coil using the SVD. I am hoping for a little more of a tasty hit. A bigger hit won't hurt much either. I should be receiving the CE5 BDC coils soon.

I have been trying out the new CE5 BDC coils, the 1.6 ohm. I am really liking them for e-ciggs, give a bigger hit. I will have more to say on that soon.

Still waiting to get the 1.5 ohm AeroTank coils.

Just ordered the newly released AeroTank Mega and the newly released AeroTank Mini. Luckily a couple of people from RIU let me know they were now available.

The site claims the new designed coils are better. So I ordered a few of each 1.5 ohm and 2.0 ohm for spares. It also states that these new coils will work with my current AeroTank and will be an improvement.

I have saved my best QWISO for this. The SVD and AeroTank have proven to be the best when it comes to function. I think it is a worthy bet to give these new products a try since I am so happy with the AeroTank and SVD.

I will follow up as soon as I get to try them.

Well, just tried each for the first time. The AeroTank Mega and Mini. The newly designed coils are useable in the original AeroTank as well! The Mega has 510 threads and the Mini has eGo threads. Both work great on my eGo pen and SVD.

My first impression, they are the whoop! Both of them. I especially like the Mega, it is perfect! I put about 3.5 grams of e-cannabis oil in the tank. When it runs out, I will replace the coil an fill again! The coils only cost a couple bucks. With the mini I will do a couple fills before changing out the coil.

A piece of advice if you decide to get one of these. Take the tank area apart when it is brand new and let it air out in front of a fan for about 5 minutes. This will eliminate the stale air and stink from the manufacturing process. Since the tanks are fully assembled, the air is pretty much stuck in the chamber until you take it apart. Just kind of has a stale taste when you dry hit it.

I have been using each of them with the 1.5 ohm coils. The mini came standard with the 1.5 ohm coil. The mega comes standard withe 2.0 ohm coil. The coils are interchangeable. I believe the 1.5 ohm coils give a bigger hit and consume more oil faster.

It appears that the loose 510 tip issue from the AeroTank has been corrected. The tips on the Mega and Mini fit great!

It is really cool that you have the option to use a stainless steel tank or glass. Each came with those options. Yes, it dose make the unit a bit more heavy with the metal tank, but looks really cool and it can have big effects on the taste whether using it with e-cannabis oil or e-cigg oil.

A close up of the mega, I think this is my favorite to use on the SVD!! 3.5 grams of oil. The oil goes below the glass into a small "pan like" area. Yes, it will be difficult to see when it is completely empty, but it is a bad ass unit!!

Again, first impression on the Mega and Mini. Each are the highest quality I have seen for a pen and APV (Advanced Personal Vape) so far.
