Here are all my pictures. As you can see, you can't go wrong with the products I have recommended. At least referring to the SVD and the eGo C Twist battery. These items are capable of operating many products, e-cannabis or straight oil. Far better than the actual manufacturer of these accessories in many cases. In this case, I purchased a KISS cart that is meant for a 3.7 volt Persei. I also bought an adapter to convert my 510 threads to 601 threads so the SVD would accept the Persei cart. It worked really well. I am still using it. I do prefer e-cannabis, but I am still testing.

You can get the adapter for $4.99, however, they have a minimum order of $10. So I bought 2 510 - 601 adapters and another adapter for something else.

As far as I know, you can operate all of the 3.7 volt Persei accessories with the adapter on a SVD or eGo C Twist. I believe you can operate the accessories better with a true variable voltage / variable wattage MOD or even the variable voltage pen batteries like the eGo C Twist 650.

I chose to set my SVD volts to 3 and my watts to 3 when I first tested the KISS cart. These are the lowest settings available on the SVD and it preformed the best at the lowest settings in the beginning. I have made slight increases in the volts and watts now that I have consumed about 1/2 gram of oil with the KISS.

I would like to thank the crew at 3MG for showing my the Persei products. Here is a link to the discussion. http://www.michiganm...__fromsearch__1

Stay tuned, there is more to come.

After further trials with the $37 SVD from Hong Kong I have found that when using lower voltage and wattage it is not nearly as accurate as the SVD from High Desert Vapes with the complete kit. It appears that the electronics are not as high quality. I don't recommend going the cheap route because you get what you pay for. I strongly recommend to purchase the complete SVD kit from High Desert Vapes for $89. It is more than cosmetic differences, the overall quality is better.

It sure is a bitch to learn things the hard way, but that is the difference between knowledge and wisdom.

good to know. I guesse like most things the Chinese factories are very good at making same same products, their staff move around every other week and before you know it everyone is building something that looks the same and mostly works the same. always worth going to areputable local company, as they have probably located the good suppliers before putting their rep on the line selling it tofolks and dealing with the returns!

I was going to do more testing with the KISS cart and others, I may yet still, but these mj vaporizers excluding the Eclipse Vape where you need to use a torch, they don't seem to vaporize that well to me. It seems more like half smoking half vaporizing.

The iClear 30 for the SVD, I consider to be the best vaporizing rig there is. You can literally taste the individual strains as long as the oil is top notch.

As for the iClear 30b, in my opinion, that exceeds vaporizing. That produces more of a gaseous form. It reminds me of nitrous oxide from the dentist.

The iClear 30 and iClear 30b are my favorite for vaporizing e-cannabis oil.

The best I have seen for vaporizing the oil straight is the Eclipse Vape and I do not prefer it over e-cannabis oil. I would only recommend it for non decarbed oil.

I have discovered that RSO, being very thick, and vapes at higher temps than does the oils persons may be mixing it with to thin it a little in the tanks.

I have recently discovered that one can fuse a small amount of grape seed oil with the RSO before putting it in the tank. Why Grape Seed oil, well it is very thin, has a high burn temp, and has antioxidents and not much taste. I'd rather taste the RSO than the flavored oils. The reason I like the high burn temp oil is that when I vape I'm getting mostly RSO. When vaping RSO or Wax thinned with some oils from the tobacco stores which generally is not natural and it vaporizes at a lower temp than the RSO or wax....well you get a less RSO or Wax vapor than the oil that was mixed with it....

ciao occclub

very interesting and can see your logic there. if I got it right you avoided the PG altogether right?

how does it vape, do you get much vapour?

I have got to something now. did the BHO, purged best as I could, picked it up with isopropanol alcohol 99.9% and dropped it into a vial with some PG

The colour changed to darker which I think is expected with the higher temp iso purge I did. first timer so, just to make sure its all gone. its just a small amount to figure the process a little while I amass some more material to work with. it went through a 0.2micron filter couple times also along the way.

yet to try it, its been looking like this for about 3 days, cant see a separation yet.
